Feminine Sleep came to me, or came alive in me, for you, for us to improve our relationship with sleep and therefore be at our best when awake. It is the way I was able to put what I’ve been doing prior to bed that shifted my energy, my aliveness, my mental clarity, creativity, and so much more into methods you can put into practice if you want to prioritize sleep and your relationship with it.
