Who Doesn’t Want This?

MANIFEST IN YOUR SLEEP

Who doesn’t want to wake up more radiant, more aligned, and closer to the life they’re dreaming of? This is another way to wake up my desires if you have found yourself or your way. Before sleep is a way to redirect your subconscious to what matters, what lights you up, and makes you come alive again.

Sleep is a portal. Here’s a simple practice: before bed, write down one thing you want to step into, embody, or understand more deeply. Maybe it’s clarity about your purpose, maybe it’s more energy, maybe it’s love.

As you close your eyes, ask your subconscious and the divine to weave it through your dreams. Simple, right? I can’t wait to hear what awakens for you.

THE POWER OF YOUR RESTING ENERGY

Sleep is what recalibrates energy. None of us feels like goddesses 100% of the time. We experience highs and lows because we are human. But when your sleep is consistent and sacred, your baseline energy naturally rises.

Want to practice?

Tonight, before bed, whisper affirmations that feel good in your body: “I am safe. I am amazing. I am magnetic.” Let those vibrations be the ones you return to in between the chaos. Over time, they become your resting energy.

RECOGNIZE THE GUIDANCE

So often answers come in the night—through dreams, sudden clarity, or that moment upon waking when you just know. For me, it’s often a spark of inspiration that feels like, “Yes, that’s it!” Your job is simply to recognize it, write it down, and trust it.

The more you practice noticing these nudges, the more your nights become a source of wisdom, not just rest. If I even have to write something down at 4 am, I will then go back to sleep because I know I won’t remember in the morning.

YOU AREN’T BAD AT SLEEP

So many women whisper to me, “I’m just not a good sleeper.” But you aren’t bad at sleep—you simply haven’t been taught how to partner with it. Sleep is your natural rhythm. So feminine in nature, it is most natural for women to surrender and take pleasure in it.

Maybe you’ve been out of sync with it, or maybe stress has overrun your body, but you can come back into harmony. Every night is a new chance. And you’re getting better. Imagine the freedom of saying, “I am a great sleeper. I am a super sleeper. My sleep restores me. I’m having the best sleep ever.
